When I first contacted Morgan Manhattan, I met with Pat. She was very professional and detailed and went through each room and explained the entire process in detail. June was my contact person prior to the move and was just fabulous. June was always responsive, helpful and professional. When the professionally dressed crew arrived on moving day they were on time and ready to go. The crew leader was outstanding and introduced me to all the men, China,Charles, and Brayon.The entire crew was courteous, neat and very careful with everything. Overall, i could not have been more satisfied with the entire process from beginning to end. They are one of the few truly professional moving companies around. Great Job!!! Made moving easy.

I had wood flooring in storage for 13 years. After a leak and water damage, I needed to retrieve it, feeling a touch of worry as to its condition. The flooring was in excellent condition but further, Scott Marschall and Carlos were tremendously helpful - flexible, always professional and timely as there were unplanned deliveries, re-storage, back out of storage to-ing and fro-ing. They were the only part of the debacle surrounding water damage which went smoothly and seamlessly. To my surprise, Carlos also refinishes furniture and rebuilt, repaired and refinished an antique armoire to a beautiful state. Bravo to Morgan Manhattan for your service over the years but also, for having such professionals on your team.

I've used Morgan Manhattan for a few years now and will never use another moving company again if I can help it. The customer service provided by Morgan Manhattan is incredible. Their willingness to be flexible, their sense of urgency, and attention to detail cannot be beaten. It's truly a white-glove moving company. From the coordinators, to the actual crew members, to everyone in between ...I've never had a bad experience with anyone I've dealt with. We recently had a flood in our apartment and needed to move our family to a temporary living space as well as move many household items into storage while undergoing renovation. Brian Clark and his team showed up at our apartment with just ONE day's notice to assist and were there to service our various moves in/out of temporary living spaces, and in/out of storage at least 6+ times within a 3 month time period. They never got anything wrong or damaged anything. And were such a pleasure to deal with. Cannot say enough good things about Morgan Manhattan.
