Morgan Manhattan made a complicated “4 part” move very smooth. I can’t thank my crew enough - headed by James Allen, with William China, Nelson Colazzo, Brice Sowell, and Jasper McDonald working diligently on my behalf. If you are reading this trying to make a decision whether to use Morgan Manhattan for your own moving project ... I would just say “Do it”.

I have used Morgan Manhattan Moving & Storage Co., Inc. three times in the last ten years: once on a local Manhattan move, and twice to and from NYC/Shelter Island. They have always done an incredible job! I have total trust that they will always take excellent care of my possessions, arrive and finish on time and provide expert communication. Dorothy in the Bronx despatch office is wonderful, is very responsive to phone calls and emails, and is a pleasure to deal with. As is James Allen, who provides a very detailed job quote and has also been the crew chief extraordinaire on two of my moves. The two of them make the entire process clear, detailed, well communicated and stress free. I have many antiques and fragile items which required special protection, handling and care. The moving team expertly led by James Allen paid high attention to the details, cared for my belongings as if they were their own, and made sure that everything arrived and was unpacked in perfect condition. I have never had an item damaged or broken with Morgan of Manhattan. Each member of the move team takes pride in their work, is experienced, well trained, polite, caring and very personable. A special call out goes to Nelson who has been on several of my moves and is an extraordinary asset. Having found my stationary, I wanted to let you know the great job that your moving crew did for us. Dennis, Nelson, Charles and Will worked efficiently and took great care to move our things. They earned extra points for dealing with my 67 (!!) book boxes. Throughout the two days, they were incredibly courteous and should proud of the work they did. I also came to know Jay at the loading dock and he was great helping with moving supplies. Ed and I have moved several times in the past few years and this is truly an incredible service.

Morgan Manhattan are professionals from start to finish. We used them to move from a house in Westchester to an apartment in the City and then later across town. They made the moves as easy as possible. Planning, scheduling, packing and hauling were all done without a hassle. I would highly recommend them.

When I first contacted Morgan Manhattan, I spoke with June. I was arranging storage for my boss and didn't have all the information, but June was so helpful and talked me through all I needed to know - and then all she needed to know from me. One step at a time, I set up the pick-up and each step of the way June assisted me. When there was a problem with the pick-up (the furniture didn't fit in the elevator!), Jasper (onsite) and June (on the phone) talked me through everything that needed to be done. Another team from Morgan Manhattan was sent, the furniture was dismantled, carried out, and put in storage - and everything was done smoothly and professionally. I would recommend Morgan Manhattan to anyone and everyone who needs storage services!!

I wanted to express my appreciation for such a seamless and phenomenal move. The NYC team was timely, responsible, and pleasant! Everything was packed to perfection and everything arrived in good condition! In particular, Jasper in NYC and of course, Jimmy and Ronny that made the trip out to Chicago!
